The next day we headed down to gamble and asked the cleaning lady if she could get to out room, She replied couldn't clean my room with out permission from the front desk, I then proceeded to the front desk the they don't turn down rooms anymore since covid.If I want a clean room the manager suggested I check out and check in again if I really wanted to do it myself.Say what! Maybe it would me more helpful if I pulled all the sheets and towels and they let me use the washer and drier to clean them myself and then make the bed. our room was nice and the heaters warmed it up comfortably with in fair amount time. WE checked in Dec.5 2023 with no problems is it was our 24th wedding Anniversary.
